4. Refund & Eligibility

All sales are final. Refunds are only issued if the software is proven to be non-functional and support is unable to resolve the issue within 72 hours.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to use the software in any unlawful or abusive manner. We reserve the right to suspend access if conduct violates these terms or damages our operations or reputation.

6. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Toro is not liable for any unauthorized access due to negligence on your part.

7. Detection Risk Disclaimer

While Toro is designed with stealth in mind, no software can guarantee 100% undetectability. Use at your own risk.

8. Updates and Modifications

We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue any aspect of our service at any time. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your license without notice if you breach any of these terms. No refunds will be given upon termination.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Toro and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities resulting from your use of the service.

11. Limitation of Liability

Toro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the software, even if advised of the possibility.

12. Legal Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Toro operates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate local courts.
